1kV MOSFET / IGBT Gate Driver
The 16SCT001 is a high-voltage (1KV max) direct coupled IGBT gate driver chip typically used in systems requiring the ability to control the conduction state of a high-voltage (HV) MOSFET or IGBT switch. The chip requires zero external components and has built-in circuitry to drive the MOSFET / IGBT gate above the HV supply to ensure that the HV switch is adequately saturated.
Voltage Divider / Low-Pass Filter
The 18SCT000 is a high-voltage (1KV min) voltage divider typically used in system requiring the ability to sense high voltages, for example, those generated from an embedded charge-pump. The chip has a built-in low-pass filter following the divider to filter voltage changes typical of voltage pumping frequencies while allowing accurate voltage measurements when the pump is turned-off. The voltage divider ratio is mask programmable over a wide range from 1.0E-5 to 0.2000.
High Voltage Current Limiters
The 17SCT002 is direct coupled high-voltage current limiter chip. When the ENABLE signal is asserted, the high-voltage (HV) terminal will sink a current that is limited above a knee voltage and independent of the high voltage applied. Upon deassertion of the ENABLE signal, the 17CT002 presents a high resistance to the HV terminal.

CL1A-XX 250 Volt Current Limiters (IC)
The CL1A limits current between its two pins for applied voltages from 6 V to 250 Volts. The current limit is selected during manufacturing but can vary from 5 to 20 mA in steps of 5 mA. Typical applications are for LED drive from high voltage or AC sources in signage, and illumination.
CL2A-XX 250 Volt Current Limiters with Enable Control (IC)
The CL2A limits current between its source and sink pins for applied voltages from 6 V to 250 Volts. The current limit is selected during manufacturing but can vary from 5 to 20 mA in steps of 5 mA. This device also has an Enable pin which can be used with pulse width modulation to vary the average current seen by devices in series with it. Typical applications are for LED drives in signage and illumination.
